Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Gab's CutieWear. If, for some reason, you're not happy with something you have bought from us, please let us know and we will do our best to try and make it right.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if items are faulty, not as described or the wrong size.

Due to health regulations, returns on clothing will only be accepted if the item is in unworn condition, or if it is deemed faulty.

Items must be sent back to Gab's CutieWear at the customer’s expense. Registered Post is recommended as Gab's CutieWear will not be liable for lost parcels.
Items must be returned in original, unwashed, saleable condition, with all tags still attached.

Refunds
When an item is returned, it will be quality inspected and assuming the return is accepted, you will be given a choice of a refund, exchange or gift certificate. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item. We will not refund any postage costs.

Refunds will be given in the following ways:
PayPal payments – refunded to PayPal account or on Credit/Debit Card depending on which method was used to make the original purchase.

Bank Transfer payments - if the customer is happy to provide Gab's CutieWear with their bank account details (BSB, Account Number and Account Name), the refund will be transferred into their bank account. Otherwise the customer can provide their PayPal email address and the refund will be paid to their PayPal account. Alternatively, the customer will receive a gift certificate for the refunded amount.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you may return the item to Gab's CutieWear according to the details in the Returns section. Assuming your return is accepted, we will send out the replacement item free of charge.
Items for exchange must be in stock, otherwise a refund or gift certificate will be issued.
